Operations Reference Group
Summary of the group: The group helps us to think how we best design and deliver our services to meet the commitments in our Charter. The members of this group have expert knowledge and understanding of delivering services to people of Scotland. Its purpose is to help inform the decisions that Scottish Ministers will take on how our organisation delivers its services. The group considers new ideas on how to deliver services in a different way and with a person-centred approach.
