We provide a range of flexible working and leave options to help staff find a work-life balance that works with our business needs and their circumstances.
Our current full time hours are 35 hours per week. Starting from 1 October 2024, full time working hours were be reduced from 37 hours to 35 hours per week without a reduction in pay. This effectively increases the value of our salaries by 5.7%.
Key benefits include:
- If you work a standard 37-hour week, you can choose to build up a maximum of 29 hours and 36 minutes in credit every four weeks, meaning you can take an extra 4 days off.
- 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 4 years’ service – pro rata for part time employees
