We provide a range of flexible working and leave options to help staff find a work-life balance that works with our business needs and their circumstances.

Our current full time hours are 35 hours per week.

Key benefits include:

  • if you work a standard 35-hour week, you can choose to build up a maximum of 28 hours in credit every four weeks, meaning you can take an extra 4 days off

  • 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 4 years’ service – pro rata for part time employees

  • an additional 11.5 days public and privilege holidays
