Uprating

We have a duty to increase the amount we pay in Carer Support Payment, Scottish Carer Supplement and Carer Additional Person Payment in April each year to reflect inflation. This is known as Annual Uprating.

Clients are informed of what their new rate of benefit will be by an Uprating Notice letter which is sent around February each year.
