Change of circumstances before a determination is made

Carers have a duty to report a change of circumstances where this occurs after they have made an application for Carer Support but before a determination has been made on their entitlement to Carer Support. Where this is the case, and the change of circumstances relates to a point after their chosen start date or application date, a determination without application would be needed after the original determination where the change of circumstances affects the Carer Support award, or the amount, or components to which they are entitled.
