Determination of application

An individual will be notified when their Carer Support application has been received by Social Security Scotland or where they report any change of circumstances (including if they report caring for additional cared for persons to receive Carer Additional Person Payment) if they have opted to receive notifications.

An individual will receive a determination of entitlement on their application in writing. A determination of entitlement to Carer Support will cover all three components.
