Withdrawal of application

Individuals have the right to withdraw their applications at any time before a determination is made on the application. Client advisers are not to make a determination on applications which have been withdrawn. (Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018, section 39)

Applications cannot be withdrawn unless requested by the client.
